Product Care
Clothing:
Always follow the specific instructions on the interior care tag.
Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle.
Wash separately and inside out to protect the fabric.Do not tumble dry.
Lay flat to dry to maintain the garment’s shape.
Steaming, dry cleaning, and bleach are not recommended.
Use low heat only. Avoid direct contact with prints or graphics.
Damage from improper care is not covered under manufacturing defects.
Accessories:
Rinse with water and use mild dish soap. Dry with a microfiber cloth.
Always use two hands to put on/off. Avoid wearing them on your head.
Keep in the protective case when not in use. Avoid high-heat environments.
Orders and Payment
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.

Address updates can be made before shipment, and order adjustments may be possible before processing begins.

Pre-order
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities. Production begins following the close of the pre-order period, with fulfillment estimated at approximately 4–6 weeks. Delivery timelines may vary.
