Shipping Policy
Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST may be processed the following business day.
Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.
Please be advised that shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
Issues
For inquiries regarding undelivered orders, please contact Client Services at here and initiate a carrier claim.
Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 14 business days of scheduled delivery. Claims cannot be processed beyond this period.
